As Baro’s founder, Morgan has led the conceptual and technical development Baro. She gained expertise in school-based behavior management practices while earning her PhD in School Psychology from UC Berkeley. She specializes in non-pharmacological behavior intervention techniques for a variety of neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders. Her experience as a psychologist and former special educator has inspired her to find ways to leverage technology to make evidence-based interventions both effective and accessible for educators. She is the principal designer of Baro’s intervention approach.

Darby joined the Baro team in the Fall of 2024. She leads Baro’s business operations and is developing the natural language processing and applied generative AI team. Darby brings wide ranging experience in both operations management and applied data science.
